Screening units

During autumn and winter, the intermediate part-grown oysters dispatched to our farms in South Brittany, Normandy, Vendée and Jersey undergo screening.

This process allows us to provide perfectly uniform Size 10 intermediate part-grown oysters for final growth. To ensure optimal development, the oysters undergo gentle mechanical grading and manual sorting.

With our screening units, we have been able to establish and enhance an efficient intermediate grow-out process to better fulfill all your needs.
