It all began in 1991, in Beauvoir sur Mer (Vendée), with the creation of the oyster farming GAEC Les Ferranges. In 2004, recognizing the need to secure supplies for the profession, Stéphane Angeri founded France Naissain, rapidly becoming a key player in the French oyster farming industry. The company embodies a passion for oyster farming and a commitment to its sector, perpetuating expertise passed down through generations.
In our oyster farm, we combine tradition and innovation to ensure exceptionally high-quality products. Drawing from the experience gained through our relationships with our oyster farmer clients, we continue each day to enhance the resilience and quality of our products.

We ensure traceability from spawning to delivery to the customer. Our production undergoes continuous traceability from spawning to customer delivery. From our hatchery to our nurseries and onto the sea beds, our oysters are rigorously monitored and controlled at every stage. We rely on sustainable practices that align with the specifications of our organic and Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) certified productions, ensuring environmental responsibility.
