Quality and Health Assurance (QH)

The quality of our products and services is a top priority for the company. Our QHSE service defines precise specifications and ensures control at each key stage of larvae, spat, and pre-growing oyster production. We implement strict quality control measures to guarantee the health and vitality of our oysters.

• Regular Monitoring: Our team conducts daily monitoring of water quality, temperature, oxygenation, and phytoplankton presence to create ideal conditions for the well-being and growth of our oysters. State services also conduct water quality checks at each of our nurseries.

• Health and Disease Management: Our QHSE team ensures regular monitoring of the breeding process and water purification systems to reduce the number of pathogens present, minimize stress, and consequently reduce the risk of diseases while ensuring robust growth.

• Traceability: We ensure meticulous traceability at every stage of production to track the journey of our oysters from the hatchery to the customer, ensuring transparency and accountability.

• Customer Demand Monitoring: In coordination with the sales department, QSE handles the counting and processing of customer complaints.

Safety Requirement (S)

The safety of our employees, partners, and customers is paramount. Our Safety Compliance program aims to create a secure working environment and protect the integrity of our products.

• Employee Training: We invest in ongoing training for employees, ensuring they are well-versed in safety protocols and best practices.

• Product Safety: Our larvae, spat, and oysters undergo veterinary checks to ensure their health for our customers. We conduct regular tests to ensure they meet all safety standards.

• Energy Efficiency: Our facilities incorporate eco-friendly technologies to reduce our carbon footprint (pumps).
• Waste Reduction: We actively work to minimize waste production and implement recycling programs (oyster bags).
• Packaging: We reduce the proportion and volume of plastic packaging to lessen environmental impact (elimination of polystyrene crates, packaging in bags).
