Organic oysters
In order to offer quality oysters, France Naissain and Vendée Naissain are certified Organic Agriculture by the organization BUREAU VERITAS for a portion of their production of diploid nursery spat and their distribution.
These organic hatcheries adhere to a very specific specification regarding animal welfare and limited environmental impact.
The organic specification is applied to our entire production. However, the organic certification currently only recognizes the production of diploid oysters; therefore, polyploidy is excluded.
