Oysters with Bayonne Ham

Ingredients (for 6 persons) :

 

  • 12 oysters
  • 12 slices of Bayonne ham
  • 1 handful of grated cheese
  • 1 pinch of Espelette pepper

Instructions :

 

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  • Open the oysters cleanly by emptying them of their first water.
  • Wrap the oysters in a slice of Bayonne ham and sprinkle them with Espelette pepper. Add the grated cheese.
  • You can also incorporate small pieces of bell pepper.
  • Place the oysters back into their shells and let them heat in the oven for two minutes.
