Try this autumnal recipe for hot oysters. Gourmet and generous, it combines the sea flavor of oysters with the crunchiness of hazelnuts and the richness of Parmesan.

Ingredients (for 4 personnes) :
24 oysters
1 slice of bread
4 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
40g crushed hazelnuts
1 tablespoon of flour
10g butter
1 tablespoon of hazelnut oil
Salt, pepper
Instructions :
In a bowl, mix the crushed hazelnuts, the bread previously cut into pieces, the grated Parmesan cheese, the tablespoon of flour, the butter, a pinch of salt and pepper, until obtaining a crumble dough.
Open the oysters and remove their first water. Crumble the crumble mixture on top of each oyster.
In an ovenproof dish, arrange the oysters and bake until the crumble is golden brown (about 10 minutes).
