Ingredients (for 4 personnes) :
12 oysters n°2
3 thin slices of dry ham
30g of rocket salad
10 cl of fresh cream
20g of grated parmesan
6 sundried tomatoes
1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
Salt, pepper
Instructions :
Preheat the oven to 200°C (th.7).
While waiting for it to heat up, open the oysters and remove them from their shells.
Finely slice the sundried tomatoes and the slices of dry ham. In a bowl, mix the rocket with balsamic vinegar.
Place the empty shells on coarse salt in a gratin dish.
In each shell, place a dollop of fresh cream. Then, on the fresh cream, place some leaves of rocket with balsamic vinegar, the sundried tomatoes, the shucked oyster, and the sliced ham.
Sprinkle with grated parmesan and pepper. Bake for 12-15 minutes and serve hot.
