ASC Audit Information for France Naissain

To the attention of stakeholders

As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability and compliance with the ASC (Aquaculture Stewardship Council) certification standards, France Naissain informs you that the next renewal audit will take place on the following dates:

• 15 and 16 December 2025 for the environmental component,

• 16 and 17 December 2025 for the social component.

This audit aims to assess our practices to ensure their continued compliance with the high standards of the ASC framework, recognized for its rigor in environmental responsibility and social performance.

Regarding the social component, the ASC evaluates the impacts of our activities on working conditions, health, safety, and employee well-being. This approach helps identify social risks (such as stress, hardship, or conflict) and implement preventive and improvement actions on an ongoing basis.

In this context, the auditor may request to meet with certain employees during collective and/or individual interviews. It may therefore be necessary to make yourself available for these discussions.
